Do I have to sign up for the FREE account?
YES, The “Free” account enables you to enjoy all the amenities of the website on line registration. This account will allow you to sign yourself up or other employee’s in your company all under one account name.
Can I change my password or username online?
NO, The system is only set up to allow you to change the account information, address, email and phone number. If you wish to have your user name or password changed please call our office and the Hydro Lab staff will be happy to assist you with your requests.
Can I add a package plan after I have signed up for the “Free” membership?
Yes, The system is set up for you to purchase any package after signing up the initial “Free” membership.
I can not sign up additional members to my account and register for a class.
Please verify that you have set up a “Free” account and COMPLETED the check out process for the free account. Once you have your “Free” account set up then your account tab will allow you to add other “Members” to your account. If you still have issues, please contact our Hydro Lab staff for assistance.
How can check out using a special coupon or discount?
Currently the system does not allow for discounting the pricing of the classes or coupon codes. If you have any special pricing or discounts, you must call our office to register for class.
Can I use a discount to a class with a membership or bulk class package?
NO, the special pricing given on the Xtreme packages and Bulk class programs are offering great discounts. If you have any questions concerning a discount while have a current membership, please contact our Hydro Lab staff to clarify the issue.
My member(employee) if wish to add does not have a valid email, how can I add them to my account?
The email field is mandatory for identification purposes in your account, but the email does not have to be active. Our recommendation is to add the member and make up an email which will identify him in your account. Example: John Doe johndoe@yourcompany.com.
Why do I have to input my credit card when setting up an account?
This is a required default field in the account program. You must enter a 16 digit number in the credit card line only. You do not have to input the security number or expiration date to set up your account. No credit card numbers are stored on file, so even when you check out and register for a class the credit card is not saved on the website or any of our servers.
How do I set up an account or use the website?
Simply go to the "membership tab" and select a package. Once you complete the Checkout, you will have an account.
