1. Introduction: Welcome to the Hydro Lab’s website. The Hydro Lab, Bold Corp dba/Rent-X, Xtreme Team, and Bolden’s Manufacturing are the corporate owners of the site www.hydrosystems.com. The terms “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to any of the above named companies under the ownership of Kurt Bolden. The reference of the term “you” or “your” includes yourself and any employees of your companies and/or affiliates. Please Read These Terms Carefully. By using this site or purchasing from this site you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions within this site.
2. Privacy: Please review our Privacy Policy which explains our practices concerning your privacy and information on this site.
3. Copyright: All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of the Hydro Lab or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of the Hydro Lab and its subsidiaries, with copyright authorship for this collection by the Hydro Lab, and protected by international copyright laws.
4. Your Hydro Lab account: If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of you account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to immediately notify the Hydro Lab of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. The Hydro Lab and its employees reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remover or edit content or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Trademarks: The Hydro Lab’s and associate companies trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not the Hydro Lab’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits the Hydro Lab or other affiliate companies. All other trademarks not owned by the Hydro Lab or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by the Hydro Lab or its subsidiaries.
6. Risk of Loss/Shipping Limitations: All items/memberships purchased from the Hydro Lab are made pursuant to a shipment. When an order is placed, it will be shipped and/or delivered to an address and information designated by the purchaser from this site. This basically means that the risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the carrier. The accuracy of shipment also passes to you based on the information provided as an accurate deliverable shipping address being either physical for product delivery or electronic for internet deliverability.
7. Product Descriptions: The Hydro Lab and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, the Hydro Lab does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by the Hydro Lab itself is not as described, please contact the Hydro Lab for return of product if it is in unused condition.
8. Membership Packages: The Hydro Lab package programs offered through this site are for the use of you and your direct company offices. No package may be transferred to another company or person without the written consent of the Hydro Lab. The package plans #2 & #3 are expressly designated for a one (1) year commitment. There will be NO REFUNDS on these programs or packages. The classes purchased through this program MUST be used in the year and expires at the end of the year. There will be NO carry over of unused classes to the next years program without the consent and approval of the Hydro Lab or employee.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties: All products and services on this site is provided by the Hydro Lab on an “AS-IS” and “As Available” basis. The Hydro Lab makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk. Any material downloaded, uploaded or otherwise obtained through the use of our site or software is done at your owndiscretion and risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or business or loss of data that results from the download or upload of any such material or the use of our site or our software.
10. Applicable Law: By visiting the Hydro Lab site, you agree that the laws of the state of Indiana in the U.S.A., without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and the Hydro Lab or its employees.

Disputes: Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to www.hydro-systems.com or to products or services purchased through the Hydro Lab shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the state of Indiana, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate the Hydro Lab’s intellectual property rights.
12. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Hydro Lab, its affiliates, employees, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, mad by an third-parts due to or arising our of Submitted Material or any other content you submit, post, upload, or transmit through our Site, or your use of our site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another.
13. Termination: You agree that the Hydro Lab may terminate or suspend your account, any associated email address and access to all or any part of the Site or change your password without notice. Cause for such termination or change shall include, but not limited to, (a) breaches or violations of these terms, (b) requests by law enforcement or government agencies, (c) request by you, (d) discontinuance or material modification to the Sites, (e) unexpected technical or security issues. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspect of the Site at any time without notice.
14. Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms at any time.
